This website provides general information about OpSmith’s services. It is not a binding proposal, guarantee of results or substitute for a written service agreement.
Service engagements
Any project scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality terms and warranties will be set out in a separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
Intellectual property
The OpSmith name, branding, website design and original site content may not be copied or represented as your own without permission. References to third-party products or companies remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, misuse its forms or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Availability and external services
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. Links or integrations involving third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms.
